On Tuesday, 18 August 1925, after a win over a touring eleven Dr. Pollard, President of the Midsomer Norton Cricket Club, unveiled a tablet in memory of the eleven players who died in the Great War.

The tablet was designed and made by Mr Fred Humphries of Chilcompton Rd., Midsomer Norton.
