On Saturday the 3rd June, along with several Town Councillors, I attended the Midsomer Norton Music and Arts Festival held at our Town Park.
A much more laid back event than the morning’s procession to Bath Abbey, the ‘real’ Mayoral chains and robes were safely put away for an afternoon of fun in the sun.
This was perhaps the most successful event in Midsomer Norton for some time with an estimated 3000 people visiting over the course of the day.
My most heartfelt thanks to everyone for organising and volunteering for this fantastic advert for our town and community.
